These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Forged With Reps website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Forged With Reps is an online retailer based in South Africa, selling fitness and gym equipment directly to consumers via this website.
2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and refunded in full if an order cannot be fulfilled.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Yoco, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders nationwide within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier availability, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Free shipping applies to orders over R1000; standard shipping rates apply below this threshold and are calculated at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you may have the right to return certain goods within the applicable cooling-off or defect period. Please contact our support team to arrange a return. Goods must generally be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
6. Warranties
Products are covered by any manufacturer warranty stated on the product page, where applicable. We do not offer additional warranties beyond what is explicitly stated.
7. Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations between the product received and its online representation (such as packaging updates) may occur and do not constitute a defect.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forged With Reps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under South African consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
